The story began in 1989, when Sarieng first crafted her sausages in her own kitchen. Guided only by the ingredients passed down from her great aunt, she used her natural talent for cooking to refine the recipe. By blending traditional ingredients she created the perfect balance; an authentic, savory taste known and loved as Cambodian sausages, or Twa-Ko.
For over 37 years, Sarieng Premium Twa-Ko has been a staple in San Jose, California, and throughout the Bay Area. Known for its unmistakable taste and quality, what began as a local favorite has grown into a nationwide demand. Today, we proudly ship thousands of Twa-Ko across the country every month, bringing authentic flavor to customers coast to coast.
